Payment
Magazine - payment terms are 100% due upon receipt of invoice. No products are dispatched unless payment is received in full.
Payment methods
i) Crossed cheques are payable to the International Academy for Design & Health UK Ltd - Please write the customer code on the reverse of cheque.
ii) Bank transfer (BACS) are payable to:

iii) Credit card payments can be made over the telephone to the Subscriptions Team, by completing the online subscription form, or by sending the completed subscription form, downloadable in PDF format from www.worldhealthdesign.com, by e-mail, post or fax the completed subscription form. If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details. By clicking "Submit" or by signing the downloadable PDF form, you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder.
Magazine Cancellations
If you are unhappy with the magazine our Publishers Guarantee allows for the reimbursement of the unexpired portion of your subscription. This excludes all special incentive offers.
Copyright
No part of World Health Design may be copied, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form without prior permission from the International Academy for Design & Health.
Indemnity
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the material and the integrity of the analysis presented, the International Academy for Design & Health accepts no liability for the contents of its publications.
Data Protection
The International Academy for Design & Health UK Ltd gathers personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and we may use this to contact you by telephone, fax, post or email to tell you about other products and services.
General
Any formal legal notices should be sent to us addressed to The Editorial Director at World Health Design, The International Academy for Design & Health, PO Box 7196, 103 88 Stockholm, Sweden
We may assign, novate or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at anytime.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement. Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in a waiver of such right. We may amend the Agreement at any time by publishing a variation in World Health Design.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription to World Health Design on a permanent or temporary basis at our discretion.
